What is included in the free trial?
Our 14-day free trial includes all features from the Pro plan, allowing you to fully experience GlassIQ before making a decision. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features will be immediately available, and we'll prorate your billing. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does the user-based pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of team members who need access to GlassIQ. Each user gets their own login credentials and personalized dashboard. You can add or remove users at any time, and your billing will adjust accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms.
Is my data secure with GlassIQ?
